| Step 1. Remove toner cartridge and paper tray. Remove top cover screws ( 3 on top, one in back by power cord, two on the metal brace by left side of the fuser) and maybe 2 at the front corners. Pry cover away from back right side to clear AC connector, tip cover forward until free. Remove display cable and set a side. | |
| Step 2. Remove the (6) screws and the ground screw from the front support plate (shown below). Open the cable restraint clip and take out the laser scanner cable and fiber optic cable. Lift the support plate slightly and move to the right being careful not to damage the fiber cable. | Step 3. Remove 3 screws and main motor cable from DC power supply. Take fiber cable out of clip on DC power supply. Grasp the DC p/s at both ends and rock back and forth until free. Some force will be required to disengage from connectors |

| Step 5. Remove the four screws for the high voltage p/s. Do not remove the screw shown below and note the location of the silver long screw. | Step 6. Remove the "C" clip that holds the delivery coupler gears in place and replace gears, discard the new shaft. |

| Before removing the four screws that hold the registration assembly in place note the position of the brass grounding block. | |

corona wire shown below. |

| Note position of washer and grounding contact before removing. | Remove left side screw and slide assemblty out this side through opening. |

| With roller out, remove "C" clips and washer. when removing black rollers note their position the flat spots of all rollers should be in line with each other. | Inspect mirror by sliding metal cover to right and lifting up. Clean if necessary |

| When replacing roller and clutch assembly, feed through the right side and screw in left side first. Make sure roller is seated properly and the clutch gear is engaged with drive gears. | |
