Removing the HP LaserJet 4000 Fuser

1. Remove Paper tray and fuser screw covers by pushing in the direction of the arrows

2. Drop down back door and pull extension of door back. With a small scewdriver, push one side inward to clear lock, remove the other side and back door assembly.

3. To remove fuser from the laser printer loosen the two screws and pull fuser straight back.

4. Inspect fuser and gears inside the printer it meshes with.
